About Me & My SHAPE
My name is Bri and I am SHAPEd for Fitness. As a competitive athlete in many sports throughout high school and college, fitness has always been a passion of mine and I love sharing that passion with others. From training and coaching athletes in softball and volleyball, to mentoring beginner triathletes, I find great joy in helping people reach their fitness goals.
We are all created for a purpose and God gave each of us our Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences to serve Him and others.

Using my SHAPE, I became a fitness instructor to lead others to fitness, encouragement them, and teach them how to live a healthier life.
Since Sept 2011, I’ve been taking a variety of fitness classes to find my place in the industry and discover what I’m SHAPEd to teach. In this blog, you’ll find reviews on different fitness classes, studios, DVDs, healthy recipes, and my journey as a fitness instructor.

Currently, I teach fitness classes at my work, personal yoga sessions, and Piloxing & Xtend Barre at Xtend Barre in Mission Viejo.
Personal stuff . . . . . My husband and I live in Orange County, California and love being active 365 days a year. The endless miles of bike paths, running paths along the beach, and weather that rarely changes keep us moving day after day. We are very blessed to live in SoCal where we are growing in our faith and giving God the glory.
